Marco Rosato is a Senior Associate at Alma LED within the Rome office of the M&A and Corporate Department.
Marco has an consolidated background in civil, commercial, IP and antitrust litigation, as well as considerable experience in complex commercial, corporate and real estate contracts.
Marco has also gained significant experience in M&A transactions, assisting Italian and foreign companies in all negotiation phases up to the completion of the transaction (LoI, due diligence, review of articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, SPAs, share capital increases, etc.).
