Ginevra Voltolina Boffi

Ginevra Voltolina Boffi is a Junior Associate within the M&A team at the Rome office of Alma LED.

Ginevra graduated in 2022 in Law at Luiss University in Rome, with a thesis on Labour Law and Organisation.

As part of the M&A team, she supports and advises national and international clients on Corporate – M&A with a focus on extraordinary transactions in the corporate and commercial sectors, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts.

Ginevra has significant experience in supporting supervisory bodies with a focus on compliance matters, as well as in the area of administrative liability of companies and entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

She is also dedicated to regulatory and jurisprudential study and research in the various fields of private contracting.
