The lawyers of Banking & Finance team focus their work on innovative structures that require a combination of expertise in the lending, structured finance, NPL/UTP and restructuring/turnaround sectors.
The team regularly provides assistance to Italian and foreign banks, companies and investors, and public institutions regarding the structuring, negotiation and implementation of real estate finance, leverage finance, acquisition finance, project finance, corporate and mezzanine finance operations (both national and cross-border) and also investment grade loans, sustainability linked loans, green loans, and financial debt restructuring and turnaround operations.
The team is involved in structured finance and credit, portfolio and “single name” purchase operations, also regarding credit and real estate securitisations.
Led by partners Rocco Pugliese and Pasquale Mosella and thanks to the skills and competence of the other Alma LED professionals in multiple areas, the department can assist clients fully and in a personalised manner.
