The team helps banks, brokers and companies with complex financial operations, aimed to ensure compliant execution with both the law and the funders’, investors’ and issuers’ policies, and to find the most efficient financial structure by using a particular analysis to deliberate the regulatory risk in order to structure the best security packages.
More specifically, the assistance provided concerns:
- negotiation of finance contracts;
- acquisition finance, object finance, project finance (PPP and PPF) transactions;
- securitisation operations in real estate, automotive, healthcare, commercial, and RMBS sectors;
- bond issuance, from the perspective of the sponsor and issuer, on the main European markets.
Special attention is paid to the inclusion of ESG criteria when drafting agreements and in structuring of operations that may pursue one of the UN 2030 Agenda objectives.
