Roberto is Partner at Alma LED and coordinates the Venture Capital team.
Roberto is an Italian qualified lawyer, admitted to the bar before Supreme Court. With more that fifteen years of experience both at national and international level, Roberto is a recognized expert in the field of venture capital. Roberto has managed several venture capital operations, providing assistance and support to important fund managers, institutional and private investors, family offices and business angels also on investment and disinvestment transactions, finance and capital markets transactions as well as in corporate and commercial matters.
Roberto has worked for Italian leading law firms gaining legal expertise mainly in corporate finance and corporate governance matters being involved on venture capital, M&A, banking, capital markets transactions.
