Francesco is Partner for the Finance practice at Alma LED and is based in Milan.
Francesco’s practice focuses mainly on structured finance (issuance of listed debt securities, securitizations and establishment of investment funds) and restructuring, with a particular focus on corporate sustainability from the perspective of achieving the SDG Agenda 2030 goals.
Francesco has been involved in early covered bond issuances and public offerings of banks in recent years, as well as in multiple financing transactions (acquisition finance, object finance and project finance) and securitizations.
Francesco has a Ph.D. from U. Natoli and graduated at the Catholic University of Milan for which he was a lecturer in the chairs of private law, banking law and bankruptcy law (Prof. Dolmetta).
