Beatrice Carminati is a Trainee at Alma LED.

She is specialized in corporate crisis and insolvency management, assisting clients in debt restructuring operations through insolvency procedures, restructuring plans, and debt restructuring agreements.

Beatrice also handles M&A transactions, including in distressed contexts, managing extraordinary transactions, corporate governance structures and corporate reorganizations.

During her studies, Beatrice focused on transnational insolvency and cross-border restructuring.
