Senior Associate
Elisa Pizziconi is a Senior Associate at Alma LED within the Investment Funds Team in Milan. She has extensive experience in the asset management and investment funds sectors.
Elisa regularly advises some of the leading asset managers and institutional investors – both Italian and international – in the set-up of alternative funds and transactions, mainly in the real estate and venture capital sectors, as well as in private equity and other alternative asset classes.
Elisa provides legal assistance and support to listed companies and SGR in all legal and regulatory aspects and provides support in corporate affairs activities.
