
Eva Virginia Puddu
Trainee
Eva Virginia Puddu has always had a predilition towards the study of the most varied study topics.
She decided to pursue a classical high school degree (Liceo classico), while still cultivating her other passions, mostly (but not exclusively) scientific via both competitions, personal study and other initiatives. Since 2018 she has been pursuing a Law Degree at Bocconi University.
Degree that she should obtain in 2023, also with the help of a generous merit scholarship. Her academic curriculum is mainly focused on the International fields of law, specifically both Environmental law as well as the legal questions raised by the development of new technologies.
She also is particularly focused on other legal systems, having also taken an exam in Chinese Business Law.
Her graduation thesis is centred around generative Ai both on the side of generated content as well as the database privacy question. In June 2023 she started working as a trainee for the Alma LED international finance and tax law team. During her free time, she loves reading (both literature and essays, she also appreciates specialised magazines) and writing (poetry and short stories mainly). She is currently self-studying Chinese

She was selected for several scientific summer schools, including the Convitto Nazionale “Principe di Napoli” boarding school in 2016 and one organized by Adamas Scienza and EMBL laboratories in 2017 (during which she worked on genetic analysis of mouse embryos). |
She competed in the Scientific Regional Olympiad from 2015 to 2017, arriving first place in 2015 and qualifying for the National Olympiad, to which she equally participated in. |
