Marcello Mazzoni
Senior Manager
Marcello Mazzoni is a Senior Manager at Alma LED and he mainly deals with tax compliance and tax planning, corporate tax, VAT, extraordinary transactions and international taxation.
Marcello has mainly been involved in advising Italian and international clients on corporate tax and extraordinary transactions. He provides a wide tax aspects advisory, both national and international.
Marcello graduated in Economics and Business (Università di Bologna – Italy) in 2014 and he was admitted to the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants in 2018.
He worked for EY and KPMG and he stated working in LED Taxand in 2020 and in June 2023, together with the rest of the Firm, he joined Alma LED.
