Marylisa Izzo is an Associate of Alma LED.

After having gained an in-depth knowledge of the Italian financial regulatory matters, she joined a Luxembourg-based law firm where she assisted clients in the set-up and launch of cross-border investment platforms (mainly investing in the private equity and private debt sectors) and the management of the relationships with the relevant competent authorities. This international experience in such key financial hub equipped her with a nuanced understanding of European financial regulation and compliance requirements applicable to financial top-players operating in EU, as well as the full range of investment structures which satisfy local and international clients, by aligning both local and international standards.

Marylisa provides legal assistance and support to financial institutions, financial operators, investors, payment institutions, EU investment companies, investment firms (SIM) and Italian asset managers in all legal and regulatory aspects.
