Sara Aratari

Sara is an Associate at Alma LED of the Venture Capital Team based in Milan.

Sara is specialized in providing assistance to venture capital funds, entrepreneurs, family offices, innovative start-ups and SMEs, as well as on corporate governance and commercial law matters.

Sara assists clients on corporate law matters, with particular focus on venture capital operations, sale and purchase of companies, branches and participations in companies, mergers and acquisitions, as well as activities related to corporate governance, due diligence and commercial contracts.

Sara has gained legal experience in M&A and venture capital transactions by interning in Italian boutique law firms.
